Welcome to Thee Wingman. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thee Wingman mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including reviews, photos, ratings, and comments. By submitting User Content, you grant Thee Wingman a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your User Content for any purpose, including marketing, promotion, and operation of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Collect or harvest data about other users without consent
- Submit false or misleading reviews.

REVIEWS
Reviews must reflect your honest opinions and experiences. You agree not to submit reviews in exchange for compensation or other incentives without disclosure. Thee Wingman reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

BLOCKING AND REPORTING
The Service provides tools to block other users and report objectionable content. We review reported content and may take action including content removal and account suspension or termination.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time through the Service's account management settings. Thee Wingman may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Thee Wingman and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express permission.

DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEE WINGMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thee Wingman from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
